We installed and began daily operation of our own electrocoagulation system – 100 GPM – in 1996. Our first commercial system was delivered in early 1997 and since that time we have enjoyed many successful installations. We currently have over 100 fixed and mobile installations in over 7 Countries, ranging in size from 2.5 gallons per minute to over 1500 gallons per minute, through a single reactor system. Larger systems are possible by linking multiple systems. Industries currently using our systems include, Oil and Gas, recycling, plating, marine/marina, aircraft, military, mining, as well as a number of other industries.
KASELCO is supported by the skills and equipment of sister companies in Shiner, TX and utilizes outside consultants as needed.
-
In-house skills include design and drafting; structural and sheet metal forming and fabrication; controls and electrical design and assembly; systems assembly and testing.
-
In house equipment and processes used to manufacture our components and systems include welders, drill presses, press brakes, etc. It also includes a variety of CNC machines like plasma cutting tables, 60” high-speed punches with 48-tool turrets, large platform mills that manufacture our reactor components, and lathes. We manufacture all of our proprietary components such as the reactors.
-
Metal Finishing: Our parts are wet painted, powder coated, vinyl coated, zinc plated or electro-polished.
-
Outside consultants may be employed for specialty work such as reviewing our designs to ensure compliance with UL, NEC and Canadian UL standards.
-
Our Own R&D Laboratory: Since its inception, KASELCO operates and maintains its own R&D and customer wastewater evaluation lab, complete with bench-scale reactors, rectifiers, atomic absorption and other analytical equipment. Additionally the in-house treatment system facilitates implementation and field testing of new design approaches.
-
University R&D Collaboration: We work with universities to forward our understanding of electrochemistry (and support the success of PhD students). This ensures that basic science concepts remain as the basis for our products.
-
Our Research and Development efforts are lead by our VP of Engineering, Dr. Bruce Lesikar, PE who has been involved in the wastewater industry for over 18 years, in system design and development.
KASELCO, LLC, looks forward to working with you and discussing the advantages of KASELCO’s patented EC Systems, and how they can effectively treat your wastewater.
